  • What does Flyakeed.com offer and how does it work?

    Fly Akeed is a tool that act as your personal travel assistant. Fly Akeed will search for the best flight that matches your best preferences, and notifies you or even book on your behalf once it finds a successful match.

  • What airlines do you support?

  • Does flyakeed.com sell tickets?

    We can make your life easier by buying your tickets on your behalf from the airlines directly. We provide this service right now for local flights only within Saudi Arabia.

  • Do you provide fast-track service?

    Yes. You can subscribe to our Hawks membership to get on the fast track for priority bookings on top of the waiting list.

  • How do you prioritise your bookings?

    Fly Akeed is like a waiting list management system. On each route, passengers line up in the order of search entry. Once there is an availability, Hawks members with matching passengers count against available seats are first, then passengers with smaller time range window, then the rest in the order of first-come first-serve.

  • What do you mean by “Possible Flights”?

    Based on your search criteria, we check how many flights are scheduled accordingly, and give you that insight to help you decide on your choices. It doesn’t make sense to keep you waiting while there are none or very limited possibilities. As you change your criteria, you shall notice the effects on the possible flights count.

  • What is the difference between booking a return trip “combined” or “separate”?

    The standard for return trips to be booked combined; one booking number for both outbound and inbound flights. However, by separating your search into two bookings, you are increasing your chances to get both of them on different times.

  • What are the differences between Bundles?

    Each bundle gives you a specific number of successful booking. The more bookings you buy, the cheaper each flight cost.

  • What is a flight Point?

    One point means one successful booking. If booking was not confirmed, your credit will not be deducted.

  • Why do you ask for my personal information?

    We need your personal information to supply to the airlines and get the flight you want without delay.

  • My booking was confirmed, but I decided not to buy the ticket and/or missed the payment deadline. Would my credit be deducted?

    Yes. Fly Akeed is a value-added service for easing booking experience. The credit points are deducted when our service is completed and delivered.

  • How can I get a copy of my payment receipt?

    You can find your payment receipts or transactions details on your Profile page, under the Account tab.

  • How do I change the passengers details?

    You can edit passenger information by clicking on 'Passengers' from the dashboard, then click the pencil icon to edit. You can also edit passengers information at the choose passenger stage of a booking.

  • What is your search cancellation policy?

    You can cancel your search for a booking as long as it has not been booked or found. In that scenario you will not consume any credits, once your flight was booked or found, services will be considered complete, cannot be cancelled and cannot be refunded.

  • Are there any fees for using Fly Akeed?

    It is free to register in Fly Akeed, and you will get a free trial to try our core services. After that, you your offered with different bundles to credit your account to continue using the booking confirmation service. You may also decide to become The Hawks member and subscribe to get priority treatment for a monthly fee. There are additional services that you can request for your convenience like purchasing your tickets. Check out our bundle prices and fees.

  • Do you provide hotels booking?

    Yes. We provide the best last-minute deals on your destination to make your journey experience smoother. You can book your stay while waiting for your flight to get confirmed by visiting the booking page. You will also get an easy access to hotels booking via email.

  • Would my credit expire?

    Yes. Credit points expires one year after the day of purchase.

  • What does it mean if my booking status is “waiting”?

    Waiting means that we are still looking for bookings that match your search criteria.

  • What’s next after my booking status is “booked”?

    Congratulations! Booked means your booking is confirmed. You can either delegate us to buy your tickets, or you can buy your tickets directly from the airline.

  • What’s next after my booking “expires”?

    Expired means the flight time has passed and we couldn't find you a seat. credit has not been deducted.

  • What’s next after my booking was “found”?

    Found means that your search preferences are matched and found on the airline that you selected. You may go to the airlines directly to avail that opportunity.

  • What’s next after my booking is “canceled”?

    It means the search was canceled manually by you. No credit will be deducted unless the same booking was confirmed earlier.

  • What’s next after my booking was “paid”?

    Paid means that your booking was booked and purchased already.

  • My booking was “error”, what’s next?

    Error means your booking encountered a problem and needs attention. You can contact our customer support at support@flyakeed.com to assist you.

  • My booking has “no credit”, what’s next?

    No Credit means your booking will not be processed until you purchase bundles or earned free bundles from sharing the app.

  • What does 'try again' function do?

    If you missed the payment deadline, or want another chance for the same search criteria, click 'try again' to start searching once again. Clicking 'try again' will not consume more credit.

  • How do I update my credit card and/or billing information?

    In your Profile page, you can find 'update billing info' under the 'Account' tab.

  • How can I get free credits?

    In addition to the free trial point you get upon registration, you can harvest more points by sharing the app amongst your family and friends. On your account main menu, click the 'Share' button to get your unique URL, and spread the word. When someone sign up and verify their email, you will get one point each.

  • My booking was confirmed but I want to cancel.

    If you want to cancel your booking, you should do that by contacting the airlines directly. Fly Akeed is a value-added service only for easing booking experience. We book on your behalf, and we make sure that all your contact information are passed on to the airlines for any further processing between you and the airline.

  • I have canceled my confirmed flight from the airline, do I get my credit back?

    No. Fly Akeed is a value-added service for easing booking experience. The credit points are deducted when our service is completed and delivered.

  • How to increase my chances of getting booked?

    First of all, you can become The Hawks member to get on the fast track in front of the line. Secondly, you might want to consider splitting the number of passengers flying into two or more entries. Your passengers seats might get available one by one over a period of time, but less likely all together at the same time. Make sure to select a tight time range if you want to ensure your passengers will get on the same flight. Finally, if you are booking a return trip, make sure your are selecting “Separate” from the booking additional options.
